Terms And Conditions

1. The contract for driving tuition is solely between you and your instructor. You and your instructor are responsible for agreeing all matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual lessons.

2. It is your responsibility to notify your instructor of any matters which may affect you and your capability to drive. For example any medical conditions or loss of your driving licence.

3. On arrival at the pickup point of your lesson your instructor will make all efforts to contact you. If after ten minutes you have not made contact with your instructor the lesson will be cancelled and you will be required to pay for the lesson in full.

4. In the event of a cancellation the pupil must give at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being charged for in full. Where two hours were booked they must both be paid for

5. We accept payment by check or by cash. Each lesson must be paid for at the beginning of the lesson and each block booking must be completed within twelve weeks from the date of the first lesson after which time any outstanding lessons will be lost.

6. The instructor reserves the right to terminate any driving lesson in which he feels that a pupil is purposely acting dangerously or irresponsibly.

7. In the interest of public safety the instructor reserves the right to withdraw his vehicle for the driving test if he feels that the pupil is not up to the standard required by the DSA or is potentially or actually danger.

8. The school or instructor cannot be held responsible for tests cancelled by the DSA, in which event the three hour fee will still be payable to the instructor.

9. Complaints must be made in the first place to the instructor. If the matter cannot be resolved you may contact the office in writing within 21 days of the incident you are complaining about.
